- Election of Board Members:
- 1 – three year position and 1 – one year position is up for election (Gene Unger, and Margarett Henson who was appointed to fill out Mary Hunchbergers term)
- The make-up of the board allows these to be filled by anyone who is an owner within Maple Grove. The next board will meet April 18, 2017 at 3 pm at ACTI to elect officers.
- Set budget and annual dues Maple Grove
- Budget for Maple Grove 2017 – 2017-2018 Budget Proposal
- Annual Dues for 2017 that is proposed for $875 an increase of $225.
Water System Rate continue $30/month per RE. - Bookkeeper Agreement with Jennifer Linde. (Same as historical)
- Sewer System Maintenance Agreement with Onsite Monitoring & Inspections (OMI).
(No change) - Continue Water System Management Agreement with Solmar Water, rate $315 per month. (No change)

- Open discussion to give board direction on owners wishes concerning Vacation Rentals By Owners (VRBO’s)
- Workday April 29, 2017. Lunch will be at Unger’s. Potluck @ noon after morning work which will start at 9 am.
Creek cleanup. No dumping. Install Mutt Mitt, stabilize common area sign, pickup debris on common property, weed around landscape areas, spread bark, scotch broom removal and dock repair. $50 credit on annual dues for participation. - Check in with Roxi Baxley to assure credit on dues.
