Proposed Budget.
Annette asked if there will be water billing changes for the RV sections.
Discussion: Donna pointed out to think about the greater good across the Board. Mike suggested that we have everyone pay $10.00 per lot for the greater good. Jeri mentioned that the RV lots use less water across the board and in comparison to the houses, no laundry, smaller yard, one restroom and possibly we look to the individual property usage of water for billing. Winston asked about the current expense of the water system and if it is even we should leave it alone. Tom Beard asked if there is a need to have an income from the water system.
Jeri motioned not to change the water billing for RV lots, Winston Wilson seconded. Discussion: Donna stated if the RV lot has a year round renter they should pay the same as the house lots. Cherie Swanson amended the proposal that if the property had a renter for the winter then the RV lot be billed the same as the house lots. Donna seconded the amended the amended motion. Motion carried.
Gene proposed that we add the Bookkeeper as a position on the board and Roxi has agreed to perform that function. He stated that she has done such a good job updating the books and organizing the accounts he feels she would and has done a great job. Gene stated that if approved to appoint Roxi to the Bookkeeper position, then another board member would need to take on the role of Treasurer. Gene motioned to pay Roxi $300.00 per month to perform the bookkeeping functions.
Gene would like to continue to have Solmar maintain the water system.
Steve Pinnell motioned to approve assigning Roxi as the bookkeeper and to pay her $300.00 per month to perform this role. Also to continue to have Solmar maintain the water system. Jeri seconded the motion. Motion carried.
