Painting Gate: Bid from All Form Welding ($3,335 gate and $2,475 gate parts on site)
Work Day: Request to setup list of activities so people could signup for certain work areas, maybe even work other days and receive credit. Whose place for lunch?
Old Business:
Dock Repairs proposal from Scuba Supplies. $200 per hour plus we have to supply two people, chains, connectors. Like to schedule in late April or May.

Work day activities:
- Weed at entrance gate
- Weed along fence outside gate
- Weed at rhododendrons “T” intersection
- Weed by mower building bank RV section
- Spread bark in previous four areas
- All weeds go to fenced drainage area SE RV area (RJ Services will manage later)
- Install rest of pavers at guard shack
- Plant maple seedlings along inside of fence at entrance
- Work with dive team to install new anchor chains and adjust existing chains on docks(at least two people on a Saturday)
- Roger Wheeler will clean catch basins
- Concrete the posts for the sign in common area (3 posts) at least one bag of concrete each.
- Dig holes and concrete posts for PUP MITTS dispensers (two, one east side of upper drainfield, one west side of lower drainfield, alternate east side of RV field)
Possible
- New deck board installation on docks, (significant care needs to take place, if all present decking is removed the docks will fall apart, thus as decking is removed new decking must be installed)
