Report on View vs.Vegetation letters, Architectural Committee
STVR (Short Term Vacation Rental): Attached is legal opinion we received from counsel. It has been requested by the subcommittee that we hire an attorney to draft changes to the CC&R’s for the Owners to vote on at the annual meeting. What criteria should be used to guide the changes. CC&R’s don’t say they are allowed but legal advice says they are allowed, are there restrictions, will we have guidelines or rules.
